Storefront Improvement Program (SIP):
THE PROGRAM:
The ERCPR is committed to preserving the economic vitality and appearance of Downtown Eagle Rock. That's why the ERCPR, by means of a grant from the State of California, established the Eagle Rock Downtwon Storefront Improvement Program - a pilot program offering financial assistance to local businesses and property owners along portions of Colorado and Eagle Rock Boulevards.
The program is geared towards simple yet effective exterior improvements to business properties which meet ERCPR's Design Guildelines developed for this program.
Although funds for this project are no longer available at this time, the ERCPR is involved in searching for means of new funding for future improvement project. Please see our Grant Update for up to date information about this project.
