Our vision is to achieve a commercial district that can be a central gathering place for business, entertainment and civic life. The main streets will have a unified exterior theme that, through color and other artistic and architectural improvements, signifies a Main Street theme that residents and business owners can be proud of, and will enhance the quality of life for the entire community of Eagle Rock.

To do this, ERCPR will work with local community organizations, educational institutions and elected officials to create a unified community plan for the commercial corridors that includes key economic development, transportation and beautification projects.

We will seek funds for business owners through the development of a Business Improvement District, through charitable contributions from residents and other organizations, and through direct loan programs, that will bring these projects to fruition.
